Description
European made rectifiers designed for MIG/MAG welding machines.
A very popular range of rectifiers used by virtually every European manufacturer. Amperages for all rectifiers are at 60% duty cycle except RECT303ABR & RECT171ABR which are 35%; all ratings are with fan cooling & good airflow across all plates. Max plate temperature is 140’C, fit a thermal cut out if necessary.
The plate sizes quoted give a good indication of overall size; inputs & outputs come out on the 100mm side increasing this dimension a bit, however these can be carefully moved if required (except plasma rectifiers). The Depth quoted is the total depth of the rectifier from the first plate to the last plate, however you need to allow another 20mm each side for the ceramic insulator, washers & nut, the mounting bolt also extends further on each side but can be cut down if needed.
Single phase CT (centre tapped type) are for use with transformers which utilise a centre tapping for one of the DC outputs. All CT types provide + output from rectifier (- from centre of transformer) except the 151ACT which provides the – output from the rectifier.
