XC500 sync universal watercooler for TIG & MIG up to 400A.
This unique product is the most compact & efficient welding water cooler you can buy. Cooler synchronizes to your welding machine & runs only when welding with additional post run time to cool the torch. Zero noise on standby & virtually zero power. Audible noise when pumping is approximately 70% lower than a traditional cooler such as our XC1000 or TC1000. Power consumption is also vastly reduced to a maximum of 70W.
Post run time can be adjusted for up to a maximum of 30 secs on a variable control. This time reduces automatically for short welding periods such as slow tacking where reduced torch cooling is OK. Whenever longer welding periods or multiple short welds are detected the post run time increases.
Quick fit snap connectors are standard, universal for almost all torches & machine makes.
A built in water flow sensor verifies correct pumping operation when welding.
