Description

The SAT1000 comprises the tractor unit onto which is mounted the cross beam which supports the wire reel holder, the control box and the welding head. The welding head is 4 roll drive for reliable feeding of the welding wire & can feed all sizes from 1.6mm up to 6.0mm wire, the welding head can be moved in all directions to allow for many different welding positions, & can be angled from 0 – +/-45 degrees. Adjustable slides are fitted for height & lateral adjustment.

The control box is simple to use & allows the operator to set welding power, wire feed speed & travel speed for tractor also start & stop the welding arc, the welding parameters & travel speed are displayed on the digital readout. Wire inch up and down switches are also fitted.

The tractor is fitted with a clutch to engage or disengage drive.

A flux hopper with a manual valve is fitted standard.

Many other variations of this are available on request & other functions can be added as required.

Options include; Input voltage & control to suit almost any power source. Supply of above without tractor for boom arm mounting. Supply of control cables & welding cables up to 100M. Guide rails fitted to tractor to follow beam edge etc.

Accessories include; Wire drive rollers & parts, contact tips & flux nozzles etc.
