Universal welding machine trolleys to suit all machines.

Redesigned for 2021 – tougher – faster assembly – totally adjustable – better looking – better in every way!

Strong sturdy design combined with super fast assembly & infinite adjustment makes these the best solution for any welding power source & aux equipment. These are British designed & made products which give you unrivalled flexibility, almost any height power source can be fitted, with the option to have water cooling added. A gas bottle carrier is build into the rear of the chassis. Power sources sit onto the lower chassis & the top tray can accommodate wire feeders or other products. Our TC1000 or TC2000 water cooling modules fix into place on the trolley if needed.

All made using a combination of 2.5mm & 3mm galvanised steel for a tough industrial look as well as real strength.

The trolley can be purchased as just air cooled & add the water cooling later if required.

Available in two sizes;

ACT Universal 1 – adjustable height top tray 0-550mm (from chassis to bottom of tray) (or with TC1000/2000 fitted 0-320mm)

ACT Universal 2 – adjustable height top tray 0-850mm (from chassis to bottom of tray) (or with TC1000/2000 fitted 0-620mm)

TC1000 or TC2000 water cooling modules are available in 3 voltage options;

110/115V input, 230V input or 400V input

TC1000 & TC2000 water cooling modules are fitted with a protection device to stop the motor burning out if stalled for any reason. Water connections are snap fittings. We only use Simaco rotary pumps these are the leading European pump manufacturer as used by ESAB, Kemppi, EWM etc.

TC1000 unit is suitable for most welding applications up to around 500-600 amps.

TC2000 is double cooled for the most heavy duty applications & where the operator requires any temperature rises to be minimised.

Both TC1000 & TC2000 are available with our T-FLO control, this provides intelligent coolant flow control. Pump only runs as needed, (on demand) resulting in substantial reductions in energy costs, pump wear & noise. In addition flow monitoring provides complete protection with 3 separate warning systems 1) Warning light turns from green to red, 2) Internal siren sounds, 3) A NC contact rated at 5A  opens, this can be wired to shut down welding set.

For more basic flow protection a simple internal flow switch can be fitted to interface with the power source.

All models are sold with one year warranty & spare parts availability is guaranteed for a minimum of 15 years.
