• TT200 – Maximum load 20kg, very light duty low cost.
• TT600 – Maximum load 60kg, high speed-low torque, ideal for high speed light MIG welding jobs.
• TT1000 – Maximum load 100kg, high speed-low torque, ideal for high speed MIG welding jobs.
• TT1000P – Maximum load 100kg, low speed-higher torque, ideal for slower welding jobs & higher load.
• TT3000 – Maximum load 300kg, low speed-higher torque, ideal for slower welding jobs & higher load.

All models are supplied as standard with a foot switch to stop & start the rotation.

From TT600 upwards all are available with TACO option, this provides the most stable & consistant speed control, ideal for slow speeds, higher loading & where load levels vary during rotation.

Front panel controls include clockwise or anticlockwise rotation switch, a knob to control the speed & on the TT600 upwards a high-low speed range switch for finer control of speed. The turntable can be positioned to any angle between horizontal & 90 degrees. Models TT600 upwards have a hand wheel & worm gear to adjust this angle & a lock off device is fitted to maintain desired table position. The TT200 can be locked into horizontal to maintain load stability. All tables are machined with slots for mounting jigs or a chuck. Each table has circular score marks to assist in accurate setting up of the job. Under the table is a substantial brass bush arrangement for the welding earth return and we supply a 2M welding lead attached to this.

All models are protected from HF interference & can be used with all welding machines, MIG, TIG etc.

• Taco speed control -provides precise & consistant rotation speed, ideal for uneven loads, high precision jobs such as TIG welding at slow speed, larger diameter & heavier jobs etc.
• Remote speed control socket fitted ready to accept variable foot pedal or other remote control.
• Programmable digital counter with pool delay timer & output to drive welding machine – this can be used to start rotation & welding process & to stop after exact rotation angle has been reached. Can be set to any angle of rotation from 1 degree through to multiple rotations. For instance set 365 degrees for a full round profile + overlap. (needs taco feedback option above)
• Auto start/stop of rotation with welding current.
