TR1000 pipe & tube rollers
Ideal for turning tubes, pipes vessels etc up to 1000kg. Two pairs of rollers are supplied, one driven pair with variable speed, one idle pair.
All rollers run on quality roller bearings & are covered in a tough high temperature polyurethane material to withstand 130˚C. Unlike some lower cost units these are built here in the UK & use our rugged reliable PCB.

TR1000 is suitable for turning round pipes & tubes from 30mm up to a maximum of 800mm diameter.
Main functions & features
- Adjustable speed range.
- Clockwise/CCW rotation switch
- Two roller positions to cover a wide range of diameters.
- Footpedal supplied for start stop of rotation.
- HD Cast roller wheels with high temperature covering.
- Emergency stop switch fitted.
All models are protected from HF interference & can be used with all welding machines, MIG, TIG etc.
