SYNCRO-FEED expert is our highest performance automatic wire feeder for TIG & PLASMA welding. For both cold wire & hot wire applications.
Designed as an easy add on for all TIG/PLASMA welding machines & torches. Ideal for automatic systems or hand welding of ferrous & non ferrous materials. The feeding of the filler wire is done automatically in synchronisation with the welding current making this unit perfect for high productivity welding.
No interfacing needed just plug in & use on any TIG or PLASMA power source.

- Infinitely variable wire speed control with encoder feedback.
- Sensitivity control to set wire feed start & finish current level.
- Pool delay timer to allow weld pool to form before feeding wire.
- Designed to pulse wire into pool in sync with welding current if required.
- Auto retract to pull wire back out of pool at finish & on pulse.
- Independent pulser function for dabbing the wire into the pool.
